Access Storage Now Phase Three Expansion Begins in Newburgh

Oct. 25 — Ferdinand, IN – Access Storage Now, a locally-owned and managed self storage company based in Ferdinand, Indiana, is announcing the beginning of the phase three expansion at the Newburgh storage facility located at 3644 State Road 261, just south of Castle High School.

Access Storage Now acquired two acres south of the original property that was previously a miniature golf course. The expansion will add 213 standard units; encompassing 33,300 sq. ft., increasing the total square footage of building space at Newburgh to 93,100. Sizes of the new units range from 5×10 ft. to 12×25 ft.

Like Corydon and Jasper, this facility is gated and accessible via a 24-hour self-service kiosk, allowing one to rent a unit, sign a lease, purchase a lock, move in immediately, and make future payments. Temperature-Controlled units are also available at Newburgh.
