April 12 – Ferdinand, IN For several months, Access Storage Now worked with a web development partner to integrate their property management system with their website. As a result of this work, customers now have the ability to rent units online.
Previously, tenants would call in to reserve a unit and complete the rental by either visiting one of the on-site kiosks or by visiting the corporate office in Ferdinand. With the new capabilities, prospective customers have the capability to rent/reserve units online. A tenant is able to view and select a unit, pay for the first month’s rent, and receive the gate-code to complete the move-in process all online.
“We are pleased to offer another option to serve the needs of our customers,” said co-owner Chris Tretter. “Our state-of-the-art kiosks and eighteen hour per day, seven day per week call center provide great service to our customers, but we also recognize these options don’t meet the needs of everyone. Time is scarce and for some customers, online purchases and bill payment are a better solution. Updating our website provides online rental capability twenty-four hours per day, seven days per week. Our customers can now rent online and pay online any time of the day, or they can visit one of our kiosks or call our call center to receive support from one of our customer service associates.”
